This project was developed end-to-end, beginning with character definition and environmental structure before any final imagery was produced. AI was integrated as a controlled development tool—used to establish a cohesive visual language, test spatial relationships, and refine mood, posture, and styling logic. Every element was art-directed from scratch to maintain consistency and internal coherence across the series.
